The amount of payment for the excursion service is set for 1 academic hour (45 minutes). The minimum number of tourists in a group is 10 people. For a group of less than 10 people, the full cost of the excursion package is paid (as for 10 people).

The following categories of citizens are granted a discount on an entrance ticket in the amount of 50% of the cost: disabled people, students, preschool children, military personnel undergoing military service on conscription.

The provision of benefits through the sale of a preferential ticket is carried out upon the provision of a document certifying the right to grant benefits (a document confirming citizenship — passport, certificate, certificate of disability or certificate of disability, student ID, certificate of an educational institution, military ID of the established sample).

The right to free access to the museum is granted to citizens of the Russian Federation:

Persons under the age of eighteen are guaranteed the right to visit the Museum free of charge once a month – the third Wednesday of the month (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 12, 1999 N 1242 "On the procedure for free visits to museums by persons under the age of eighteen" (as amended on February 1, 2005).
professional educational programs are granted the right to visit the Museum free of charge at least once a month – the third Wednesday of the month (Article 12 of the Law of the Russian Federation "Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation on Culture" with amendments. dated 05.05.2014 No. 102-FZ).
Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, full Cavaliers of the Order of Glory (Article 7 of the RF Law No. 4301-1 of 15.01.1993 "On the status of Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation and Full Cavaliers of the Order of Glory").

Residents of the Vologda region are guaranteed the right to a free visit to the Museum once a month – the third Wednesday of the month (Order of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the region dated 29.07.2019 No. 26 "On approval of the Procedure for free visits to state (regional) museums by residents of the Vologda region").
Persons accompanying organized groups of children (no more than two people).

Open days at the museum:

September 1 — Knowledge Day (for children, school students, students)

October 1 — The Day of the Elderly (for old-age pensioners)

May 9 – Victory Day (for veterans of the Great Patriotic War)

June 1 is Children's Day (for children under 18).

Notes:

1) Free admission to the museum is provided during the main working hours of museum objects (according to the schedule).

2) All benefits are valid when providing supporting documents.

3) Excursion services (of all categories, including preferential ones) according to the price list for paid services.

4) The tour service is provided only by the museum guides.

When visiting the museum objects, the visitor must be issued a ticket (cash receipt) containing the following information: the name of the organization; the name of the document; the serial number for the shift; the amount of payment and the type of service provided (entrance/excursion fee, souvenirs), type of payment (cash, electronic); date, time of payment, surname, first name, patronymic of the cashier who issued the check; taxpayer identification number of the user; FN number — fiscal storage, FD number — fiscal document (FD number — receipt number), FP number — fiscal attribute.

The procedure for the return of tickets and excursion vouchers.

Purchased ticket (cash receipt) for the services of the seller's organization is non-refundable.

It is required to inform the Contractor about the change or cancellation of the group's tour service order no later than a day before the expected arrival of the group by fax or telephone message. Otherwise, the order is considered confirmed.
